CCALOA was formed in accordance with California Corporations code #5121 California
Corporations code 5120-5122.
CCALOA intends to lend a voice where a singular voice is given no credence. CCALOA as far as it
concerns a singular City in the State of California, it does so with the intent to reach legislators
and influence legislation that can make a difference in California regulations as they pertain to
absentee property owners through out the State of California that pay Special Taxes.
The number of absentee property owners paying special taxes in private cities and other
communities in California is growing yearly, private property owner ship in America is a right an a
privilege, you must protect it and make sure that those monies payed by you are used to enhance
those city utilities and services they are intended improve . You must also protect your property
from misuses or misrepresentation by City officials that may offer them up for private use do to the
owners in ability to abide by trespasses laws in the State of California
It is CCAOLA privilege to be able to service its members by protecting their rights as they pertain
to property they own yet have no say in how that property is represented or how special taxes may
be placed on them. CCALOA will map out members lands give accordances to the property and
post it with no trespassing signs if needed. CCAOLA will keep all members informed on any new
legislation that pertains to absentee owners, all property owners should benefit from special
taxes payed by them CCALOA will make sure our members receive that benefit.
